After struggling with my own self-confidence, I began my own personal journey of spiritual growth (yes I had my very own eat, pray, love moment ;) where I began "un-learning" all the habits that were sabotaging my happiness...

After going through a lot of trial and error, doing all the things I thought  would make me feel better about myself, I realized that there was still so much more to learn... It took more than just "knowing" what I should do. 

If it were that simple I would have already done it right?! I finally discovered the tools and techniques that actually moved the needle... Real strategies, real processes that allowed me to understand myself on a much deeper level and change the way I felt.

I finally began to find my voice and grow into my most confident self.

I've made it my mission to share these tools with as many other women as possible, so that they too can find their voice, grow into their most confident self and ignite their own path to happiness.

I do this through my free Facebook community, through mentoring young women in my local community, and through my online courses.
